I mean terapy Spare a Estalis Prempro hormone (Combi patch) Novartis is uot a person for any suggestion or experience side effects?

Both contain the hormones estrogen and progesterone in different ways. What is best depends on your personal preferences.
Premarin is an oral form, which requires the daily intake. Therefore, you must take each day. If you do not mind taking medication every day and take no side effects much more than that is a good choice. A controversy exists in the form of estrogen used in Prempro - the use of Premarin, which suggest some studies suggest that heart disease and possibly increasing breast cancer. This does not mean that (other forms, including those used Estrodiol Combivent) has the same risk, but there is a possibility of the insurance Premarin.
Combivent Eestrodiol be used because some doctors prefer (or lack of study) study. The main advantage is that they will be applied monthly. However, it is an application to the skin, the patch can sometimes cause skin irritation after a long period of application.
